What you'll need: 

• 200g Strawberries
• 1 Red Green Apple
• A handful of Rocket Salad
• 40g Castellino Parmigiano
• Divella Aceto Balsamico di Modena 

Steps:

Probably the easiest salad you will ever make!

• Wash your Strawberries, Apple and Rocket.
• Slice Apple length ways and Strawberries in half. 
• Slice your parmesan with a potatoes peeler for nice thin slivers.
• Mix everything together.
• Drizzle your balsamic over the top and service.
