Sugo Arrabbiata (with Chicken & Negroni Sausage)
Check out our super quick recipe with our negroni sausage and arrabiata sugo. If your looking for that authentic Italian flavour in your pasta sauce, ditch the dolmio and try this little jar of joy. It's absolutely delicious!! (Serves 2)
All you'll need is:
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
- A quarter of a Negroni Sausage
- 2 breasts of chicken
- A jar of Sugo Arrabbiata
- Dried Chilli Flakes
- Penne Pasta
Step 1: Put olive oil, a couple of cloves of finely chopped garlic and some thinly chopped negroni sausage in the pan, fry on med heat until garlic is golden.
Step 2: Add your chicken, cook for 3/4 mins
Step 3: Add the jar of sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and some chilli if you like it.
Step 4: Bring sauce to the boil and then simmer on low until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 5: Add in your cooked pasta and lots of parmesan!
