Introducing our exquisite Sea Fennel called Paccasassi. This fragrant herb grows between the cracks in the rocks at the Conero Natural Park in the Marche region along the Adriatic coast. It blooms from July to September and then almost disappears in the winter months. So, this is a seasonal delight not to be missed!
Used in many ways such as, the preparation of tasty croutons and canapés, to the preparation of fresh appetizers in combination with cold cuts and sausages such as mortadella.
It can also be used fresh to add flavour to salads enriched with tuna, onion or chicory, for example.
